June 2004                            At present I am working in HP Managed Services as a Help Desk Analyst for Ericsson’s IS/IT Service Desk EMEA  in Dublin 4

 

May 2003 – May 2004        On a project basis I was engaged as a Dutch Internet Content Analyst for Symantec in Dublin.

 

1989   present                   From 1989 onwards I work as a freelance journalist, text writer and editor. Since 1997 I have specialised in the writing, translating and editing of IT related material for Dutch websites and business magazines.

                                                              

1987 – 1988                        As a temporary civil servant I edited on behalf of the Dutch ministry of Social Affairs and Employment a handbook for the computerised matching system of the Labour Exchanges.

 

1985 – 1986                        Working as a freelance journalist in Ireland I wrote some articles on tourism for Dutch media.

 

1984                                      As a temporary civil servant I wrote on behalf of the Dutch ministry of Trade and Commerce a brochure for SMEs in urban renewal areas.

 

1977 – 1983                        To pay for my studies I worked for the Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits et du Tourisme as a train steward in The Netherlands, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
